Step 1 : Take a photo of an individual or group of people drinking and enjoying milk in Tetra Pak cartons.
Step 2 : Log-on to www.ilovemilkcontest.com website, enter your contact information and upload your photo.
Step 3 : Include a photo title and a short Photo Description/ caption (2 to 3 sentences and not exceeding 1,000 characters) about the photo and its relevance to the contest theme in the photo contest online form and submit your entry.
